Acceptance of Terms

This platform is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below. By creating an account, placing an order, browsing product listings, or otherwise engaging with any aspect of the platform's functionality, you enter into a legally enforceable agreement with the platform operator and affirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into such an agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
These Terms of Use, together with any additional policies, guidelines, or rules incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform operator concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any other terms referenced herein, these Terms of Use shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or technological landscape. When revisions are made, the updated terms will be published on this page and the revision date at the top of the document will be adjusted accordingly. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use regularly to remain informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations. Your failure to review updated terms does not excuse non-compliance.

Account Registration and Security

Establishing an account on this platform requires that you be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering, you certify that you meet these eligibility criteria and that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it current.
You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to sell, transfer, license, or assign your account, username, or any account rights to any third party without express authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your devices so that others may not access the password-protected portions of the platform using your credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
The platform employs commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your account information; however, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is entirely secure. We recommend that you use unique, complex passwords for your account, enable any available multi-factor authentication options, and regularly monitor your account activity for any unauthorized transactions. The platform shall not bear responsibility for losses incurred due to unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials adequately.
We reserve the right to refuse registration of, cancel, suspend, or modify any user account at any time for any reason or no reason, including if we determine in our sole discretion that the username associated with your account is offensive, infringes upon the rights of a third party, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use. In the event of account termination, certain provisions of this agreement shall continue to apply as specified in the survival clause herein.

Intellectual Property Rights

This platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design elements, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the platform operator, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected under copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership interest in any content, code, data, or materials you may access.
You may download, print, and store one copy of reasonable portions of the platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in such content and that you do not modify the content in any way. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content on this platform, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the platform operator.
When you submit, post, or display content on or through the platform, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by making content available on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in connection with providing and promoting the platform services, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
If you believe that any content on this platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notification to our designated agent. Such notification must include a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property claimed to have been infringed, a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the platform, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that you shall not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited activities include engaging in fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to submitting orders with stolen payment credentials, initiating chargeback fraud, engaging in return abuse schemes, creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, or providing false shipping or billing information.
You may not deploy or use any automated system, including robots, spiders, offline readers, or scrapers, to access the platform in a manner that sends more request messages to the platform servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional web browser. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the platform, nor to use the communication systems provided by the platform for any commercial solicitation purposes.
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, the server on which the platform is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the platform is a direct violation of these terms and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable computer fraud and abuse statutes. You agree not to attack the platform via a denial-of-service attack, a distributed denial-of-service attack, or any other method that could disrupt service availability for other users.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

You and the platform operator agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the platform, these Terms of Use, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be determined by final and binding arbitration rather than litigation in court. The arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on all parties.
You acknowledge and agree that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All claims and disputes within the scope of this agreement must be arbitrated on an individual basis, and claims of more than one customer or user cannot be arbitrated or consolidated with those of any other customer or user without the express written consent of all parties involved.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the platform, and all products and services delivered to you through the platform, are provided on an as-is basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and that the platform operator disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. The platform makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services offered by third-party sellers.
Under no circumstances shall the platform operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, whether such liability arises from any claim based on contract, warranty, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
